The EkStep Foundation ("EkStep") is a non-for-profit foundation that champions ecosystems to build digital public goods, deliver large-scale impact for billions of people, and innovate beyond boundaries. Founded by Nandan Nilekani, Rohini Nilekani, and Shankar Maruwada, EkStep collaborates with a leadership team instrumental in developing the Aadhaar project.

Role Description

This is an internship role for an Operations and Strategies Intern at EkStep Foundation located in Bangalore Urban district. The intern will be responsible for:

1. Collaborate with the Program team in day-to-day operations.

2. Provide support and assistance to schools in implementing our programs effectively.

3. Collect feedback from schools and stakeholders to continuously improve our programs and services.

4. Responsible for running assigned schools independently (Problem-solving Skills).

5. Responsible for research and onboarding new Schools.

Who can apply

5. Fluent in English and Kannada

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in tutoring or working in a school setting /NGO.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
