Job Description

You will be joining VishCabs as an Operations Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the daily transport activities and managing coordination with drivers to ensure the efficient operation of cab services. Your role will involve handling trip schedules, maintaining trip sheets, addressing on-ground issues, and ensuring timely service delivery. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English, along with good communication skills, are essential for this position. While prior experience in transport operations is preferred, we also welcome freshers who demonstrate a strong commitment and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of working on fixed or rotational shifts. A performance bonus will be provided based on your achievements. The work location will be in person, requiring your presence on-site.
