Operation Staff - KPD

As an Operations Staff responsible for van pickup and delivery, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally - Delivering shipments to the right customers - Processing POD/FOD/DOD/COD and maintaining delivery run sheet - Ensuring proper status codes for undelivered shipments - Meeting Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) and achieving Service Quality (SQ) targets - Handing over COD/DOD/FOD on the same day - Handing over undelivered shipments to the supervisor - Following the appointment delivery process - Maintaining a proper dress code with a customer-centric approach For pickup operations, your responsibilities include: - Following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for pickups - Timely pickup at customer place as per cut-off timing - Executing airwaybills for pickups - Tallying shipments at the customer place as per invoice - Collecting relevant regulatory paperwork - Maintaining the pickup sheet - Checking the condition of packages at the time of pickup You are also expected to reach locations for timely connections.
