OPERATION STAFF

You will be responsible for the efficient operations related to van pickup and delivery services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally - Delivering shipments to the right customers - Following the POD/FOD/DOD/COD process and maintaining delivery run sheet - Providing proper status code for undelivered shipments and handing them over to the supervisor - Ensuring timely delivery to meet Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) and achieve Service Quality (SQ) targets - Handing over COD/DOD/FOD on the same day - Implementing the appointment delivery process - Adhering to proper dress code with a customer-centric approach For pickup operations, you will be required to: - Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for pickups - Ensure timely pickup at customer locations as per cut-off timing - Execute airwaybills and tally shipments at the customer place as per the invoice - Collect relevant regulatory paperwork and maintain pickup sheet - Check the condition of packages at the time of pickup - Reach locations for timely connection No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.,
