Operation & Reservation Executive

The Operations & Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing hotel online bookings, ensuring accurate payment processing, timely booking confirmations, and smooth coordination with suppliers, channel managers, and internal teams.

Hotel Reservations & Operations

• Handle online hotel bookings received through B2B/B2E/B2C in our direct channels
• Verify availability, rates, room types, and cancellation policies before confirmation
• Process booking confirmations, vouchers, and amendments accurately
• Manage modifications, cancellations, no-shows, and rebookings

Payments & Reconciliation

• Ensure timely payment processing to hotels and suppliers as per agreed terms
• Cross-check invoices, booking values, and payment status
• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and settlement follow-ups
• Flag rate discrepancies or payment issues proactively

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain daily booking and confirmation trackers
• Prepare operational reports on bookings, pending confirmations, and payment status
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards to minimize booking errors

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Booking confirmation turnaround time
• Error-free reservations
• Payment accuracy and reconciliation efficiency
• Supplier response and issue resolution time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
