OPERATION MANAGER (FOOD INDUST)

As a candidate for the role, you will be initially tasked with overseeing the packaging units and collaborating with the promoters to establish a new factory in Bolpur. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on the business case, which involves considerations such as space, layout, machinery, manpower, costs, and other commercial assumptions. - Independently or in collaboration with a consultant, you will focus on tasks like factory layout, machinery selection, plant trials, and plant commissioning. - Creating, selecting, and leading a plant team to ensure smooth operations. - Providing guidance on compliances to meet regulatory standards. - Striving to achieve production and quality targets within the allocated cost budgets.
