DNA Travel House LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced **Operations Manager** to lead and manage our car rental and corporate transportation operations.

We are seeking a responsible professional with strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing daily cab operations, corporate clients, drivers, and fleet vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day car rental and corporate transportation operations.

- Handle daily bookings, vehicle allocation, and duty scheduling.

- Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, and vendors.

- Ensure timely vehicle reporting and smooth pickup/drop operations.

- Manage airport transfers, employee transportation (ETS), spot rentals, and event transportation.

- Monitor driver performance, vehicle quality, and service standards.

- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain operational records, duty sheets, and billing coordination.

- Build strong vendor relationships and ensure vehicle availability.

- Lead the operations team and improve overall operational efficiency.

**Candidate Requirements:**

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the car rental / travel / transportation industry.

- Strong knowledge of corporate car rental operations.

- Experience in managing a team of drivers and vendors.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.

- Gurgaon / Delhi NCR operational experience preferred.
