Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee property operations, supervise Property Managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across our student housing locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills, along with the ability to maintain operational standards across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple student housing properties.
• Supervise and coordinate with Property Managers to ensure efficient property management.
• Conduct regular property visits and inspections to monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and service quality.
• Ensure timely resolution of resident complaints, operational issues, and maintenance requests.
• Monitor property performance, occupancy-related operations, and service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, vendors, and other internal teams.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
• Track operational expenses, inventory, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and property standards.
• Maintain a positive resident experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, hospitality, facility management, co-living, or property management.
• Previous experience managing multiple properties or supervising teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct frequent property visits and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
