About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and oversee government-funded skill development projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project operations, team management, government stakeholder coordination, compliance, monitoring, and timely achievement of project targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of government-funded skilling projects such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, state skill development missions, and other government initiatives.
• Ensure smooth implementation of projects in accordance with government guidelines, project objectives, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with government departments, State Skill Development Missions, Sector Skill Councils, Training Centres, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor training centres, mobilization, candidate enrolment, training delivery, assessments, certification, and placement activities.
• Track project-wise targets, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure proper documentation, MIS reporting, data management, and submission of progress reports to relevant authorities.
• Monitor project compliance, audits, inspections, and adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including Project Managers, Coordinators, Trainers, and Mobilization Teams.
• Identify operational challenges, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to improve project performance.
• Conduct regular project reviews and prepare management reports on progress, achievements, risks, and pending activities.
• Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, Accounts, and Placement teams for smooth project execution.

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in government skilling or skill development projects.
• Strong understanding of government skill development schemes, project implementation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling multiple projects, geographically distributed teams, and training centres.
• Excellent knowledge of MIS, Excel, documentation, reporting, and project monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience working with government departments, NSDC, State Skill Development Missions, Sector Skill Councils, or government-funded training partners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
