About the Role

We are hiring Operation Executives to join our growing team in the Share Market and Mutual Fund sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to shares and mutual funds
• Handle client account opening, KYC, and compliance documentation
• Maintain and update investment records with accuracy
• Assist in processing financial transactions and portfolio management
• Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling required)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in banking/finance/operations will be an advantage
