Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in managing daily business operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. You should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely task execution
• Coordinate with different departments for workflow alignment
• Assist in inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update internal systems
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and communication
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in operations or administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of workflow management and business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
