Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes. Only local candidates should apply

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations, including but not limited to inventory management, supply chain logistics, and process optimization
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
