Company: Leading Asset management company in India.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including printing, scanning, emailing, and record keeping.
  • Assist and coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution of transactions.
  • Maintain and update client KYC documentation.
  • Prepare complete documentation for share transfers, including confirmation letters and required supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transfer of shares to clients.
  • Update client portfolios regularly based on sales and purchase transactions.
  • Provide assistance and support to clients and internal teams as needed.

 

Qualification:

Experience:

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage and maintain detailed documentation.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Sound understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
