Operation Executive

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Male Operations Executive to support the smooth running of our art studio and expand our presence at weekend exhibitions and stalls. This versatile role combines operational oversight with hands-on support for our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Administration:
• Maintain and update office registers and various administrative records
• Oversee daily office routines, ensuring process compliance and smooth workflows
• Courier & Inventory Management:
• Receive incoming shipments and dispatch outgoing couriers promptly and accurately
• Maintain, update, and regularly reconcile inventory records for all art materials and finished goods
• Track stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Exhibition & Stall Support (Weekends):
• Attend weekend exhibitions/stalls to coordinate set-up, manage inventory flow, and provide on-ground operational support
• Ensure all required materials and products are organized and available at each event
• Support the team in addressing visitor inquiries and facilitating sales
• Team Support:
• Assist the colour mixing staff in preparing paint kits and organizing workspaces
• Provide logistical support for workshops, packing, and documentation as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, office administration, or inventory management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Excel, inventory software, and basic record-keeping
• Willingness to work weekends; flexibility for attending off-site events/exhibitions

Preferred

• Experience in art/craft industry or handling creative supplies
• Driver’s license (optional, for local deliveries)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
