Openings for We are looking for a candidate for the Operations Executive role who is responsible formanaging daily payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions whilemaintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Theyhandle payment disputes and chargebacks efficiently, provide customer support forpayment-related inquiries, and analyze transaction data to identify trends and optimizeprocesses. Additionally, they manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts withpayment service providers, and prepare detailed reports on payment operations forsenior management.Key Responsibilities● Manage Payment Processes: Oversee daily payment operations, ensuring timelyand accurate processing of transactions.● Compliance: Ensure all payment activities comply with regulatory requirementsand company policies.● Dispute Resolution: Handle payment disputes and chargebacks, working toresolve issues efficiently.● Customer Service: Provide support to customers regarding payment-relatedinquiries and issues.● Data Analysis: Analyze payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areasfor improvement.● Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payment service providers andnegotiate contracts.● Reporting: Prepare and present reports on payment operations to seniormanagement.
