Operation and Maintenance Manager

• Qualification - Diploma or BE in Electrical & electronics Engineering
• Experience - 10 to 12 yeas experience in facility maintenance of commercial building or IT building
• Should be capable of handling Technical maintenance services, employees and vendors.
• Should have knowledge of technical - Transformer, DG set, UPS, water management, chillers, AC units, AHUs, STP,RO. pumps.
• Should handled 33KV/11KV electrical distribution system with multiple transformers, Chillers of building having more tenants
• Should have knowledge of daily ,weekly and Monthly reports
• Should know word, Excel & Power point.
• Should be Energetic, interested to implement new initiatives like energy saving, cost saving.
• Should be capable of handing multi skilled Engineers and Technicians.
• Should have good knowledge in Electrical & HVAC system.
• Competency certificate C license candidate preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
