Opentext (OpenText Archive Center upgrade knowledge)

As a Senior OpenText Archive Center Upgrade Specialist at EPAM, you will be responsible for managing upgrades of OpenText Archive Center systems with a contract duration of 6 months. Your primary focus will be to ensure minimal business disruption while planning, executing, and documenting upgrade processes. You must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in upgrading and managing OpenText Archive Center systems and hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Your key responsibilities will include creating comprehensive documentation, conducting testing and validation of upgraded systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing training to end-users and IT staff, and generating detailed upgrade reports. Strong project management skills, proficiency in OpenText Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include OpenText product certifications, familiarity with SAP Document Management Tools, Enterprise Scanning, Workflow, and BPM, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
