OpenText Lead

Role Overview: As an OpenText Lead, your main responsibility will be to configure and integrate OpenText Content Suite, focusing particularly on integration with Salesforce. You will be expected to configure OpenText Content Suite components, develop and manage APIs for integration, integrate OpenText with Salesforce using xECM connector, work on Oscript development and custom API wrappers, guide and train L1 & L2 support teams, ensure adherence to best practices for system changes and performance, and collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: - Configure OpenText Content Suite components - Develop and manage APIs for integration - Integrate OpenText with Salesforce using xECM connector - Work on Oscript development and custom API wrappers - Guide and train L1 & L2 support teams - Ensure adherence to best practices for system changes and performance - Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless operations Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of ITIL processes - Experience with Box connectors for Salesforce - Exposure to other enterprise platforms and cloud solutions Additional Company Details: This position offers a hybrid work mode opportunity based in Hyderabad, requiring 6 to 10 years of experience and a notice period of 0 to 30 days.
