Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled OpenText Exstream Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of OpenText Exstream applications used for document generation and customer communication management. Key Responsibilities: Development and Implement: Design, develop, and implement OpenText Exstream solutions tailored to meet business requirements. Customization: Customize and configure Exstream components to create personalized customer communication documents. Maintenance: Maintain existing Exstream applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or enhancements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other Developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Exstream configurations, processes, and changes. Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders on Exstream functionalities and best practices. Skillset Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in OpenText Exstream development. Should be proficient in designing and implementing complex document generation and CCM solutions using OpenText Exstream. OpenText Empower and Communication Server. Expertise in installation, integration, Unix scripting, system configurations and Command Center. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, good experience in migration projects and Exstream version upgrade. Hands on experience in Exstream 16.6 & above versions, Experience with integration of Exstream with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with XML, HTML, and related technologies. US Healthcare Knowledge will be a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business terms. Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
