Responsibilities Work with business partners and development teams to create letter/document applications based on requirements. Translate technical and/or design specifications into code for new or enhancement projects. Support of OpenText infrastructure. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system related issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent. 3 to 5 years development experience in OpenText Exstream Knowledge or work experience in Communication Server, CAS, OTDS and Empower Experience designing email templates using Containers 3 to 5 years of experience with Exstream output format handling AFP, PDF, HTML Experience supporting Opentext infrastructure.
