Job Description

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing OpenText applications to align with the business requirements. Your role will involve creating workflows, scripts, and integrations utilizing OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and associated modules. Additionally, you will be tasked with configuring and managing OpenText solutions, which includes overseeing user access, metadata modeling, and security settings. Collaboration is key as you will integrate OpenText with various enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, or custom applications by leveraging APIs and Web Services. Your expertise will be essential in developing and deploying OpenText web services through REST and SOAP APIs. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OpenText applications and integrations will be a routine part of your responsibilities. Your proactive approach will be crucial in optimizing performance and ensuring the scalability of OpenText solutions, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.,
