As an applicant, you must have strong knowledge and experience in OpenText Documentum D2 configuration, administration, and customization. You should also possess experience in installing Documentum D2 client (classic view) and config software, as well as deploying Documentum dars using Composer. Additionally, you must have experience in configuring user permissions in D2 and Documentum. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of Documentum fundamentals and Java method server functions, along with knowledge in Documentum workflows. Experience in any of the workflow builder tools like process builder, workflow manager, xCP, or workflow designer is a plus. You should also be proficient in writing SQL & DQL queries, API scripts, and configuring full-text search in D2 using Documentum Xplore. Good understanding of Documentum retention management is required, along with experience in writing custom code using DFC. Experience in configuring high availability and load balancing in D2 and integrating third-party viewer like Brava with D2 are also crucial for this role. In addition to the must-have qualifications, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge in configuring single sign-on and smart view in D2. Experience in deploying Documentum D2 in Docker container or Kubernetes and configuring HTTPS for web applications are considered good to have. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze CARA implementation in the project and prepare a requirement document to migrate to D2. - Prepare a design specification document with D2 configuration and customization. - Install Documentum D2 config and client software. - Configure D2 workspaces with all functionalities, including CARA functionalities for each document type. - Customize D2 to achieve functionalities that cannot be achieved using D2 OOTB configuration. - Configure high availability and load balancing for D2 web application. - Troubleshoot and provide fixes for identified issues. Coordinate with OpenText support if needed. - Possess good communication skills and work effectively in a team.
