ROLE SUMMARY

AGG is adding an experienced OpenText Content Server Senior Lead to lead enterprise content management solutions to the team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenText Content Server (16.x/20.x/23.x), system integrations, and modern document collaboration platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement XECM solutions to meet business requirements
• Lead end-to-end implementation of OpenText Content Server solutions
• Install and configure Content Suite and scale ECM environments
• Configure and troubleshoot Records Management and Physical Objects
• Develop custom modules using SMARTUI, OScript, and RESTful services
• Integrate OpenText with Office 365, SharePoint, and Coreshare platforms
• Configure and administer OpenText Extended ECM, Archive Server, OTDS, and related tools
• Perform technical and functional configurations (Business Workspaces, References, Relationships)
• Build user-specific Smart UIs using Perspective Manager
• Write and execute use cases, test scripts, and perform unit and integration testing
• Test extensions and validate implemented solutions
• Lead technical workshops and conduct user training sessions
• Provide effective written and verbal communication in English
• Manage project teams and ensure the successful delivery of ECM solutions
• Independently handle client interactions and project deliverables
• Work across time zones and adapt to global client needs
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously expand skill set

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server (16.x/20.x/23.x)
• Strong expertise in implementing OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) solutions
• Proficiency with OpenText modules including Brava, Blazon, Archive Server, OTDS, and sMFT
• Experience with CS WebServices, REST APIs, and CWS services
• Development experience with SMARTUI and OScript modules
• Knowledge of OpenText Archive Server version 16.x or higher
• Experience with installation, configuration, scaling, and administration of OpenText Content Suite
• Familiarity with Records Management and Physical Objects modules (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting)
• Strong integration knowledge with Office 365, SharePoint, and Coreshare
• Understanding of Java and scripting languages (a plus)
• Experience configuring Business Objects, Workspaces, References, and Relationships in Content Server
• Experience in planning, writing, and executing unit and integration tests
• Skilled in building Smart UI layouts using Perspective Manager
• Successfully led at least one full-cycle OpenText Extended ECM implementation project
• Experience managing technical teams and delivering ECM projects
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without supervision
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones
• Ability to conduct end-user training and business workshops
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
• Strong consulting mindset with attention to detail and quality delivery
