You are a talented and motivated Generative AI Data Scientist Lead sought by Accenture AI to join the Banking team. Leveraging your expertise in Generative AI models, Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and Cloud Platforms, you will drive and lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions to enhance AI capabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Independent Project Leadership**: Taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery with minimal supervision. - **Pod Leadership**: Leading and mentoring a small development pod of data scientists and engineers to ensure collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - **Model Development**: Designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art generative AI models for various applications. - **Strategy Development**: Providing strategic recommendations to clients on integrating generative AI into workflows. - **Ethical AI Practices**: Ensuring responsible use of generative AI by addressing biases and compliance with regulations. - **Performance Evaluation**: Developing metrics to assess generative models" performance. - **Collaboration**: Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions. - **Research and Innovation**: Staying updated with advancements in generative AI and applying knowledge to improve models. - **Mentorship**: Guiding and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and learning. You should possess: - **6+ years of experience** in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields with a focus on Generative AI models. - Proficiency in **Python programming** and experience with **machine learning frameworks** like TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and solution building. - Ability to work with **Docker, Kubernetes, and API Development** for deploying generative AI models. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Expertise in **ethical AI practices** and understanding of biases and regulations in Generative AI. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly. Additional qualifications include experience in large-scale data processing, NLP, computer vision, contributions to open-source AI/ML projects, cloud integrations, and performance optimization. Leadership experience in guiding teams and managing AI projects is also desired.
