OpenShift Administrator 9+ Years Location : Bangalore Company : HCLTech Experience : 9 to 13 Years Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent About the Role : HCLTech is looking for a skilled OpenShift Administrator to support enterprise container platform environments. This role requires deep expertise in OpenShift cluster management, automation, and DevOps toolchains. Key Responsibilities : Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x) clusters. Handle day-to-day operations, patching, upgrades, and incident resolution. Automate cluster operations using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams for containerization enablement. Implement security policies, network configurations, and monitoring solutions. Required Skills : 9+ years of IT experience with minimum 3 years in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration. Strong understanding of container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines. Experience with RHEL/Linux administration, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers. Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools.
