About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Online Bidders. The role involves identifying business opportunities on online portals and assisting in acquiring new clients for web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

Browse and bid on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn.

Prepare and submit compelling proposals to potential clients.

Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and plans.

Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.

Keep track of bidding activity, proposals, and client responses.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing).

Good analytical and presentation skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic work environments.

Familiarity with online freelancing platforms is a plus (training will be provided).

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,015.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
