Job Summary:

AR Caller ECW Software

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
outbound calls to insurance companies
to follow up on unpaid or denied dental claims.
Review and analyze
EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
to determine reasons for non-payment.
Work on
aging reports
, prioritize high-value claims, and initiate necessary actions for resolution.
Handle
denial management
and
appeals
for denied claims.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of call interactions and claim updates in billing software.
Maintain compliance with
HIPAA guidelines
and internal company policies.
Collaborate with dentists, billing teams, and payers to resolve claim issues and improve processes.

1-4 years of experience
in
AR Calling
with a focus on Ecw Software
Strong knowledge of Denial
codes (CDT)
and insurance requirements.
Experience with billing software and RCM tools Ecw).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
