Requirement of Electrical Engineer for Ahmedabad.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of Experience in construction Residential, Commercial, Hospital, Hotel buildings is preferable
1.Study of GFC drawing given by design consultant (elect, ELV, HVAC & external infrastructure) with respect to architect drawing, structure drawing, proposed furniture drawing & any other services like water supply drainage etc. find out ambiguity which is required to rectify for achieve goal.
2.Check if any overlapping of Elect, HVAC, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire hydrant equipment or pipe. Which is adversely affect the installation, performance maintenance or safety or aesthetic, utility purpose. Also check the level of ceiling fan, HVAC duct, cable tray etc with reference to finish floor lever and if not found as per requirement, bring to the notice of Client.
3.Verify quantity and type of item in BOQ and mentioned in drawing if there is any mismatch suggest correction of it.
4.Verity the location of data, voice, fire alarm and CCTV equipment. With respect to performance, maintenance and aesthetic view.
5.Verify water supply system pump and panel design with respect to daily water supply and saving of water & electricity.
6.Verify the head & discharge of fire hydrant pump as per NBC guide line and actual head as per site situation.
7.Verify HT substation equipment design and suggest any ambiguity in drawings with respect to utility, 24 x 7 operation and performance & maintenance point of view.
8.Day to Day close supervision of each and every activities & measurement of it.
9.Record of changes done in GFC drawing if any.
10. Co-ordination with all the stakeholders.
11.Field test like meggar test earth test etc.
12.Make list of drawing available at site and missing drawing if any.
13.Suggest check list point and resolved immediately.
