Job Description :

We are hiring Voice Process Executives and PhD Sales & Service Executives in Nagercoil. This role is open to freshers, experienced candidates, and professionals with experience in PhD-related sales, academic services, research support, or customer handling.

The candidate will manage voice calls, provide customer support, and assist with PhD-related sales and service inquiries such as academic guidance services, research support coordination, and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound voice process calls
• Provide sales and service support for PhD / academic-related services
• Explain research support services, academic products, or offerings to clients
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Resolve customer queries professionally over calls
• Maintain call records, CRM updates, and follow-ups
• Meet voice process, sales, and service targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Degree / Postgraduate / PhD candidates can apply
• Experience: Freshers to 10+ years (Voice Process / Sales / PhD Services)
• Languages: English & Tamil (mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work in shifts

Skills Required:

• Voice communication & customer handling
• Sales and persuasion skills
• Understanding of PhD / academic / research-related services (preferred)
• Ability to explain services clearly to clients
• Target-oriented mindset
