Hi ALL Greeting from Delight HR services We do hav an excellent job opportunity for the position of Business tax (1120 & 1065) with one of the US Based CPA firm in Bangalore Work Arrangement: Hybrid model 4 days work-from-office 1 day work-from-home Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM IST Interview Process: All interview rounds will be conducted virtually. Title:Corporate & Business Tax Supervisor / Associate (US Tax) Experience Required: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in U.S. Corporate / Business TaxationKey Responsibilities: Prepare and/or review U.S. federal and state corporate tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, etc.) Work on partnership and LLC tax returns (Form 1065) Perform tax research and apply findings to specific client situations Manage a portfolio of U.S.-based business clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery Collaborate with U.S. teams for client communication and issue resolution Review or prepare workpapers, depreciation schedules , and trial balances for tax No, the employees will be on the payroll of the India entity thats incorporated
