Roles and Responsibilities

Manage content review processes for various clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in content quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain accurate records of content reviews, ratings, and moderation activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to content management.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Content Review or similar role.
Strong understanding of Apple Mapping, Google Maps, GIS concepts.
Excellent skills in Content Curation, Content Moderation, Content Analysis.
