Opening for Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, specifically in call and email support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
