Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Training, supervising, and evaluating staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to store policies. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, ordering and stocking merchandise, and minimizing waste. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Sales Performance: Assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, implementing promotional campaigns, and improving merchandising strategies. Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to safety standards. Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to staff, creating a positive and productive work environment. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth store operations. Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques. Experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
