Process: Medical Billing

Designation: AR Caller (software - Epic, Invision, Cerner, Millennium))

Exp: - 1 to 4

Salary: As per standards

Location: Chennai

Both ways cab is provided

Job Summary:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Key Responsibilities:

Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
Analyze and resolve denied or underpaid claims using billing platforms like
Epic, Invision, Cerner, and Millennium
.
Work on insurance aging reports and take necessary action for claim resolution.
Document call details and claim status updates accurately in the system.
Handle denial management, appeals, and resubmissions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved claims.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

1-4 years of experience
in
AR Calling
within a healthcare/RCM environment.
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing terminology, claim processing, and insurance payer guidelines.
Proficiency in
Epic, Invision, Cerner, and Millennium
systems.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
