  • Write cracking briefs that creatives actually want to read
  • Keep timelines, budgets and expectations in check — without killing the buzz
  • Present work with passion and clarity, earning client trust every step
  • Spot opportunities for growth and upsell with subtle swagger
  • Help mentor junior team members with patience, precision and a pint of perspective

  • Experience in brand/digital/creative advertising agencies
  • An instinct for insight and an eye for good work
  • Comfort juggling multiple clients, projects and people
  • The right mix of diplomacy and daring
