With at least 4+ years of total experience, including 2 years of hands-on experience in building and implementing AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, AI Agents, and Data Science methodologies. You must have proven expertise in fine-tuning small language models and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve outcomes using AI. Proficiency in AI agent frameworks like Autogen, Langflow, and OpenAI Swarm is required. You should also have a deep understanding of tools and features in Large Language Models (LLMs), strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, and demonstrated ability to lead and manage AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You must have proven ability to mentor and coach junior AI engineers and data scientists, as well as experience in conducting research, evaluating emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to enhance products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, provident fund, and the opportunity to work from home. The schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday.
