Job Title: Senior Call Center Executive (CCE) Job Type: Full-time Shift: 3pm to 12am Job Responsibilities *Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to international consumers, introducing and promoting products/services effectively. * Identify potential buyers, understand their pain points, and use consultative selling techniques to close deals. *Engage consumers with compelling product presentations, overcoming objections, and delivering a high-conversion sales pitch. *Establish trust with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience that encourages long-term brand loyalty. *Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs, including revenue targets, call conversions, and customer acquisition goals. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in UK outbound sales (B2C). *Strong communication and negotiation skills. *Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. *Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently. *Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting. *Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
