Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and personable Onsite Admission Advisor to join our academy's front-line team. As the first point of contact for walk-in visitors and online inquiries, you'll play a critical role in guiding prospective students and supporting the admissions process. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in visitors Explain training programs, schedules, and admission steps clearly Handle daily admission queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email Maintain accurate student inquiry records Schedule consultations and coordinate with admissions/marketing teams Keep the reception/front office area neat and welcoming Support administrative tasks related to admissions and student services Qualifications: Experience in front desk, admissions, customer service, or admin roles (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel, and Google Docs Ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor Minimum: High school diploma (Additional education in business, healthcare, or communication is a plus) What We Offer: Competitive salary Training & mentorship Career growth opportunities Supportive, mission-driven team How to Apply: Send your updated resume to [Your Email] or apply via LinkedIn.
