Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and develop new customers in domestic markets for coils and tubing products. RFQ Management: Handle the complete RFQ process — from generation to receipt, and technical/commercial review to quotation submission and follow-up. Coordinating with the entire team to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication, timely responses, and high customer satisfaction. Process and manage incoming orders from clients promptly and accurately Customer’s interface for order, product updates, price and contract term negotiations, prototype development, product customization, complaint and grievance Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipments Provide forecast for Production and Raw Material Planning Management of sales & marketing activities, product portfolio, pricing and sales strategy, reconciliation, database management Exhibition & Marketing Support: Contribute to planning and execution of exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing initiatives to promote the product range. Develop exhibition strategies, including booth design, promotional and presentation materials Manage logistics for exhibitions, including booth setup, equipment transportation, and staff scheduling Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic decisions. Travel & Visits: Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical). Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in HVACR industry. Strong technical and commercial acumen. Knowledge of CRM software will be added advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and exhibitions. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in coordination with internal teams.
