Inventory & Order Management: Maintain stock levels, update listings, process orders, and ensure timely dispatch.
Order Fulfillment & Returns: Handle shipping, track orders, process returns, and resolve delivery issues.
Seller Account & Pricing Management: Update product prices, monitor competitor pricing, and run promotions.
Sales & Accounts Reconciliation: Track payments, manage invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
Vendor & Warehouse Coordination: Work with vendors for stock procurement and support warehouse operations.
Experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Shopify).
Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and payment reconciliation.
Familiarity with pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and sales tracking.
Proficiency in Excel, accounting tools, and e-commerce seller portals.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
