Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist, located in Surat. The Online Sales Specialist will manage online sales activities, engage with customers, and enhance their experience by providing excellent service. Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with clients effectively

Proven Sales experience and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets

Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies to promote products and increase online visibility

Ability to provide product Training and support to customers to enhance their satisfaction

Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and familiarity with digital tools

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is preffered

Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
