Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and convert leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat
Conduct video call sales for outstation customers
Provide personalised product suggestions and styling tips
Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
Coordinate with the dispatch and packing team for online orders
Maintain daily lead and conversion reports
Assist in creating engaging social media content — reels, stories, and product videos

Ideal Candidate:

Female, fluent in English and Tamil
Experience in fashion, jewellery, or luxury retail
Confident in front of the camera for product videos and reels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy (Instagram, Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets)
Friendly, patient, and customer-centric

Salary: Based on experience + attractive incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
