Role Overview: Join Suluz Orchids, one of India's top premium orchid nurseries, as an Online Sales & Customer Support Agent. Your role will involve interacting with customers, providing product recommendations, and assisting in increasing online sales. Your friendly and reliable nature will contribute to our exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer queries through CRM. - Assist customers with product recommendations and care instructions. - Convert potential leads into confirmed orders. - Manage post-sale issues such as delivery problems and plant care support. - Keep track of conversations and update daily sales/feedback reports. Qualification Required: - Excellent command over written and spoken English (proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage). - Possess a customer-oriented and patient demeanor. - Strong typing skills and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. - Basic knowledge of plants or a willingness to learn about orchid care. - Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets.
