Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage our website sales, handle client communication, lead the online team, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in Online Sales, customer follow-ups, and managing website inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Online sales team and manage day-to-day operations

• Handle website inquiries and personal customer queries.

• Follow up with old clients and maintain long-term relationships.

• Lead and support the online team.

• Oversee order processing and ensure timely deliveries.

• Track order status and share updates with clients.

• Collect and record customer feedback and complaints.

• Address customer demands and ensure high satisfaction.

• Travel once in a while to meet clients.

• Work closely with logistics and operations for smooth delivery

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in online sales coordination(Fabrics), customer handling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of order processing and e-commerce operations

• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate tasks

• Comfortable with client follow-ups
