Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dehradun, with the option to work partially from home. The Online Marketer will manage online campaigns, implement marketing automation processes, analyze web metrics, and oversee social media activities to ensure consistent branding and audience engagement. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, the Online Marketer will also drive customer acquisition strategies and optimize digital platforms to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing to drive data-informed decision-making
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Marketing Automation tools
• Understanding of Sales strategies to align marketing efforts with revenue growth
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the hardware or related industries is a plus
