As a Phonics Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging math lessons to students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 in a virtual environment. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality math instruction based on curriculum standards, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes student confidence and academic growth. You will be expected to utilize technology tools such as Zoom and Google Classroom to enhance learning and classroom management while effectively communicating with students, parents, and administrators regarding student progress and challenges.
