Online Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing order processing, coordinating with logistics, and providing excellent customer support to ensure seamless online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process online orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, or phone.
• Monitor order status and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure accurate product listings and inventory updates on online platforms.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in e-commerce operations or customer support.
• Proficiency in order management systems and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with online sales platforms (D2C Website, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Knowledge of returns and refund processes.
• Basic Excel skills for data management.
• Reporting to: Online Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
