Online Claims Executive

Job Description:

Person is responsible for protecting the exclusive content of the company and its clients in all social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram ect. You will work closely with our content creators to identify and resolve any copyright issues that may arise. She/he is responsible for management of the Digital Assets of the company and to ensure the health and hygiene of the associated channels in owned CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

● Familiarity with YouTube's Content ID system.

● Searches the Digital Media Platforms for any usage of copy-righted content by third parties.

● Claims the copy-righted content; Blocking, Monetizing and Taking down the Videos/Channels that Infringes copy-rights of company/client content.

● Resolves the disputes with third parties when they claim our content.

● Stay up-to-date with YouTube's & FB policies and guidelines regarding copyright.

● Coordinates with the internal teams and supports them clearing the copyright claims.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Should have experience working on Music & Entertainment CMS and Facebook rights manager at least for 0 to 6 months or more.
