OneStream Manager

Role Overview: Join our OneStream practice and lead the design and delivery of advanced OneStream solutions. You will collaborate with global clients to integrate OneStream Software into their FP&A processes, manage client expectations, and provide strategic oversight to project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to integrate OneStream Software into their FP&A processes and offer guidance on best practices. - Manage client expectations and ensure accountability throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts. - Review and refine functional and technical project deliverables, ensuring the highest quality of outputs. - Evaluate task estimates and technical solutions to finalize effort estimations and project plans. - Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance the delivery process of OneStream solutions. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in FP&A projects with a strong focus on OneStream or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations. - 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A projects. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream or Oracle Hyperion projects. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Strong business acumen with deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications. - Proven ability to manage project scope, client expectations, and team performance, with a demonstrated track record in issue resolution and mentoring team members.
