Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oncology Specialist based in Raurkela. The Oncology Specialist will provide expert medical care to patients with cancer, including diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in medical research, staying updated on advancements in oncology and hematology, and advising on medical policies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise and experience in Oncology and Hematology
• Proficiency in Medical Affairs and knowledge of medical policies and procedures
• Background in Medicine with the ability to provide comprehensive patient care
• Experience in scientific research and application of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with specialization in Oncology and relevant certifications
• Prior experience in cancer care or related fields is a strong advantage
